French Medtech company specializing in dental restoration, combining traditional implantology with digital technologies. Founded in 1992 by Dr. Guy Huré, now part of the Stemmer group.
Euroteknika (ETK) was created in 1992 by Dr. Guy Huré, an eminent dentist and one of the first implantologists trained by Brånemark. The company was founded to offer a more accessible alternative to major implant brands with the same reliability guarantees. Dr. Huré himself used the first ETK implants and conducted numerous studies, including with the histology laboratory in Angers, to rigorously validate their performance.
In 2004, Euroteknika was acquired by the Stemmer group, a family business that shaped the European dental distribution landscape with values of accessibility and passion. Armand Stemmer, the founder, was originally a dentist.
In 2006, production was integrated into the first French industrial site dedicated to micromachining, located in Sallanches (Arve Valley). In 2011, the company launched its first digital applications with the creation of the CAD CAM production center and guided surgery.
In 2014, the company launched the Lyramill in-office milling machine and created the LYRA company. In 2016, LYRA and ETK merged to strengthen the digital product and service offering under the LYRA ETK brand. In 2017, the company launched iPhysio, a revolutionary patented protocol in implantology.
In 2020, the iBone implant range was launched, followed by the Origin range in 2021. In 2022, iPhysio received the ADF innovation award and became the gold standard. In 2023, the Dental App and AI service were launched. In 2024, Digilab, a digital flow management software for laboratories, was introduced.
